Just a word about Fall spraying-
If you have not already started, It is time for any of you who have peach trees in your yard (or orchard), to spray for borers. You should spray now (August) and again the first of September and the 15th of September. Consult your local agricultural supply dealer for the chemical which is best to use, depending on your qualification to purchase it.
Trees should be sprayed from the scaffold limbs all the way down the trunk to the ground. These areas should be thoroughly sprayed as well as spraying until you observe some small puddles around the trunk on the ground.
